Accessibility
We are committed to making WMI programming – both virtual and in person – welcoming and accessible to all patrons. If there is anything we can do to make your program experience as accessible to you as possible, please let us know. Contact us at accessibility@worldmusicinstitute.org with any questions, suggestions, or for additional information.
Virtual programming:
WMI is working to provide live and post-event captioning for virtual programming on our various platforms (Zoom, Vimeo and YouTube). Captioning availability will be noted on our website on the event page. For questions and requests for American Sign Language (ASL), captioning, and audio description, please contact us at accessibility@worldmusicinstitute.org.
Live programming:
For live events, we partner with ADA-compliant venues who share our commitment to accessibility. Since every venue is different, we will make accessibility information available per performance on the event page on our website.
